RAAF to Robbo

As proof of what we're marching for, we had a record 262 people, mostly from the ADF march with us from 0530hrs a quick 14.5kms. All services were represented, including the Administrator of the NT, and it's proof that they believe in the support which Soldier On provides them if they choose (or HAVE) to leave.
Spread the word AND the photo.  It's time to raise some money for Soldier On for the year.

Thanks all for getting in early on the Mix Marchers team. Did you know there's an app that makes it easy to log your walking? You can even set it up to track your activity automatically.
If you haven't got a walk in yet, I would recommend you get at least a few kms, 30mins in today so that you're not chasing your tail all of a sudden. Or go into your relevant health apps and enter your first KMs manually 😊

It begins

It all sort of lined up today, the first day of March On, the Man Walk from 7am. a quick way to get 5kms under the belt. then later in the day I was at the pub and a guy who recognized me from the radio comes up and says he's doing a 5km walk around the city tomorrow, yes please. it's motivating me to try and find so many people to walk with. surely over 30 days I can walk with at least 20 different people, share stories, share walking paths. should be good.
