Nicole is smashing it!!

Day 3 and Nicole has made her way to Kokoda!!! I am so proud of her achievements and I know Stuart would be over the moon with her efforts this weekend. I know he will be proud of us as a team this weekend as certainly have hit the kms in a big way!! I thought of him a lot today as I walked along the rail trail (trailing behind everyone) and imagined him walking alongside me and just how much he would have enjoyed this weekend. He may not be here physically but he is always in our hearts. 

2nd day in

Hi all

So on our second day in we have increased our target as we have well and truly smashed our original target!!! We now have a stretched target of $3,000 and I really believe we can achieve this. 
This weekend has started out fantastic!! Nicole has hit 55kms on day 2 and I’m pretty chuffed with my effort!! And being together as a family has been amazing. Can’t wait to share more as we travel along
