Win or pause; it’s still a win!

It’s a late start but nonetheless, it is a start. It’s hard at times, especially when we are faced with some mental challenges, to push through the block and conquer what life throws at us. Some days you win, and other days you don’t however, don’t think of it as loss but rather a gain; on those days you are not losing but in actual fact, you are still winning because you can recognise the need to pause and rest. After all, it’s the nature of all living things to rest so, allow yourself to rest…tomorrow is a new day!

Support my challenge to prevent veteran suicide and save lives

Right now in Australia, veterans aged between 24 - 44 are 2.7 times more at risk of suicide than other members of our community.

So, this March, I am conquering 96km to support Soldier On's mental health services and programs to help prevent veteran suicide and save lives.

It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my challenge so that we can show veterans and their families that they are not alone... we stand strong with them.
