First day done

Completed the first day with a good start. I am aiming to be ahead of my average (6.2) every day to allow for unforeseen circumstances.

Big day tomorrow.

Saturday morning at 0630 joining the Man Walk from Redcliffe Jetty. The Walk is 6klm and my daily average needs to be 6.2, so I will have completed my goal before 0800. A good opportunity to complete some extra ks during the day to allow for unforeseen issues 😀

Support my challenge to prevent veteran suicide and save lives

Right now in Australia, veterans aged between 24 - 44 are 2.7 times more at risk of suicide than other members of our community.

So, this March, I am conquering 96km to support Soldier On's mental health services and programs to help prevent veteran suicide and save lives.

It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my challenge so that we can show veterans and their families that they are not alone... we stand strong with them.
