Why!
This March, I’m conquering 192km (return journey on the Kokoda Track) to support our veterans and their families.
As a current serving member (22 years) with a long history of serving family across all three Services, I know too well the impact serving your Country has on both the veteran, their family & their community.
I’ve experienced the guilt that comes with kissing my kids goodbye for weeks & months on end, & their fear that I’m not coming home each time I put my uniform on. I’m doing this for them & all Defence kids.
Right now, veterans are 2.2 times more at risk of suicide than other members of our community.
Every dollar raised will support Soldier On's life changing mental health services to help prevent veteran suicide, so our brave heroes march on.
My goal is to raise $800 but every little bit helps.
Support My Challenge to Save Lives.
This March, I am conquering 96km to support Soldier On's life-saving mental health services to help our brave veterans and their families.
Why 96km? Because I'm taking on the length of the Kokoda Track to honour the courage and sacrifice of our veterans, both past and present.
Please support my challenge to prevent veteran suicide and help save lives.
Together, we can help our heroes march on.
Thanks so much for your support.
