I don’t really know how to write this to convince someone to donate money to help out our veterans; but I do know that I don’t want to lose another mate of mine to suicide - so please, donate what you can to support Soldier On's mental health services and programs to help prevent veteran suicide and save lives.
If I can run at least 192km in March, I’m sure you can spare a few dollars.
Right now in Australia, at 42%, suicide is the leading cause of death for ex-serving males aged under 30 years old.
