Day 7....1 rainbow 🌈, 2 dogs🐕🐕, 1 girl🏃‍♀️ and 7🦘's...

Not sure why?? but just wanted to go out walking to clock some kms up, clear my head after the crapola day at work, however, shitty misty rain started, enough to bring a halt to any type of activity up here on my piece of paradise. Stuff it!! off I went, trudging along my wee track 👣 😎, dogs in toe, tennis ball flying through the air...I felt great!!..finally stopped, made it to the sheep paddock, counted 10 heads🐑🐑🐑 good all there, life was good again, head cleared and reset...made it to the top of the hill, stopped, closed my eyes 👀, took a deep breath in, eyes open and I kid you not, saw the biggest rainbow🌈, awestruck!! more walking unaware of anything other than myself and the dogs then all of a sudden 7 friggen kangaroos bounded right past me cpming from behind🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘, I screamed, almost laughed too and ran and hid behind old man Gumtree 🌳...never a dull moment however, here is the rainbow 🌈..keep on walking the good walk beauties🩷

Day 3 - lost in the bush!!

...Seriously 18kms deliberately walked in 3 days👣👣😅who would of thought that 'ME' would actually enjoy it, 😉..no wombat holes today, however, I did kinda get lost up top of my property lol, for the love of God I could not find the back boundary fence line..I do believed I circled once, then all of a sudden that fence line just appeared out of nowhere 🤪🤣🤷🏼‍♀️oh well..more steps 🚶‍♀️ ❤️...win, win!...all for our Vets 🩷.

Day 2...wombat holes 🕳

...Day two took me on an adventure hiking on my property (240acre)..3 kelpies in toe and a tennis ball..beautiful country up there, kangaroos bouncing around, river crossing and almost fell down a wombat hole, seriously my name is not Alice lol..however thoughts of veterans lingered in my mind today as I walked..very thankful to be apart of something bigger than me...thanks Keely for the invite xx

Day 1

Day 1done and dusted!!!...I'm not a walker by any means, ok, so I don't even exercise period, 😅..but I do a lot of walking in my job..I'm a nurse you see, so being on my feet and walking non stop is a norm for me on any given day of the week..however doing this challenge for our Veterans is a complete honour 🎖...I just hope I can last the distance of 150kms.....8kms done and dusted 142kms to go...mantra to self...it just takes 1 foot in front of the other👣
