Right now in Australia, at 42%, suicide is the leading cause of death for ex-serving males aged under 30 years old.
So, this March, I am walking to support Soldier On's mental health services and programs to help prevent veteran suicide and save lives.

I don’t leave details as a rule Matthew 6:1–24 always comes to mind…”When you give to the needy, do not announce it with trumpets, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and on the streets, to be honored by men". Though I’m not religious…. Why are biologicals so complicated!.. but I wanted to tell you I’m very proud of you🤗if I had a Son I would so chuffed if he grew up to became the type of man you are!
