Daylesford (victoria park) - fryarstown

What a huge slog! got absolutely rained out so had to get an evac (my dad picked me up haha) great day. along the goldfields track (great dividing trail).

2nd hike! daylesford to castlemaine

G'day! Tomorrow I head out on the dry diggings track hiking from Daylesford to Castlemaine. being Already stationed in Daylesford at a Family home has made it so much simpler, and easier to organise my kit! pumped for this one. getting up at stupid o'clock and heading out pre-dawn. here we go!

Lilydale - woori yallock

I hiked the rail trail from lilydale to Woori Yallock, plenty of good coffee stops and lots of "g'days how's it garn on the trail 😊. I was the only hiker I saw. initially I was doing this as a practice hike for the hikes in March, but I saw I could clock it here so I thought while not.

I will set out on the 6 of March rucking from the trail head in Bacchus Marsh. 

Staying at friends halfway. Then making my way to Dayelsford. 

The section I'm doing is the final leg of the great dividing trail. Roughly about 80km so I will shave off the remaining 16km after the hike.

Support my challenge to prevent veteran suicide and save lives

Right now in Australia, at 42%, suicide is the leading cause of death for ex-serving males aged under 30 years old.

So, this March, I am walking to support Soldier On's mental health services and programs to help prevent veteran suicide and save lives.

It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my challenge so that we can show veterans and their families that they are not alone... we stand strong with them.
