Bondi to Coogee with mate Brett Cavanagh. Brett made a huge effort to join me on today's coastal walk in great weather with a a cold frothy one at the end.Third week let's go!
Steadily racking up the kms although my 4 legged partner has lost enthusiasm for much over 2.5km. Will tackle the Coastal walks Bondi to Coogee and Coogee to Maroubra. hoping for good weather. thanks for the supportDay 15

Having been very sedantry due injuries over the last 12 months I've started with a modest distance for the first few walks to get things going. I'll ramp up the distances over the coming days. thanks for all the support. Awesome!Support my challenge to prevent veteran suicide and save lives
Right now in Australia, at 42%, suicide is the leading cause of death for ex-serving males aged under 30 years old.
So, this March, I am walking to support Soldier On's mental health services and programs to help prevent veteran suicide and save lives.
