Mental health in some way affects us all. Either we have personal battles or we have lost fellow service members.

This March, I am walking to raise awareness and donations for mental health services and programs to help prevent veteran suicide. I’ll be participating in the 192km treck with a weighted pack and chest rig symbolising the struggle of the world on your shoulders, resilience, perseverance, and the journey many veterans face in their recovery. 

Every step taken raises crucial funds to provide mental health support, resources, and services for those who have served and currently serve our country.
