Sunday the 31st - The final stretch +9.3km

Went for a run/walk.  I must admit to feeling very weary at the end.  Made the 192km return trip. Phew!

Saturday the 30th Part B - Return to the cool of the pines +5.3km

Got a few kms in in the late arvo to get me closer to the 192km goal.  Getting close!

Saturday the 30th Part A - Isaacs Ridge with Alby +5.6km

Started to get warm on the ridgeline but it was cool in the pines.  Amazing view of the Brindabella's

Friday the 29th - Lake Tuggeranong loop +11km

Beautiful running weather

Thursday the 28th Part B - Point Hut Pond loop with Alby + 4km

A great sunset provided by a burn-off nearby

Thursday the 28th Part A - Monash neg split +8km

Nice run in the cool and overcast conditions

Tuesday the 26th - Point Hut Pond loop +5.6km

Forgot to take a piccie of the scenery so its just me being dishevelled.

Monday the 25th - Adelaide explorer +6.6km

Had a few wrong turns including not being able to do a lap of Adelaide Oval 

Sunday the 24th Part B - Conder skyline looking over the Brindies +4km

Walk with Maddie, Reggie and Alby. It started to get warm so the boys were slow

Sunday the 24th Part A - Brindabella run +8km

Nice and cool for a run.  The legs are feeling a little weary though!

Saturday the 23rd Part B - Point Hut Pond loop +4km

Great running weather and managed to get in a good 11km in.  Too bad it wasn't as fast as it was once.....  

Friday the 22nd - Tuggers in the Moonlight +4km

Alby and I snuck in a not-so-quick 4km in the moonlight

Thursday the 21st - +5km with Alby

A nice cool evening to sneak in another 5km with Alby

Tuesday the 19th - A nice Systra turn out - another 7km and made it past 96km

A nice early morning turn-out from the Systra team in Brissie.  Thanks to Jonathan, Caroline, Alison, Dash, Allen and Anubhav for their support. A great start to the day!

Monday the 18th - Brisbane explorer - +7km closer

Saturday the 16th - Isaacs Pines run - +8km

Wednesday the 13th - a quick duck out with Alby under the cover of darkness +2.65km

It was a bit murky

Tuesday the 12th - 5.6km run before work

Monday the 11th - 10km run at Narooma

A warm and humid start to the day

Sunday the 10th - Part 2 - from the cafe +3.5km

Alby needed the break but he didn't let us down and kept walking.  Needed a little carry now and then by the end.  Big walk for the little guy

Sunday the 10th - Part 1 - to the cafe with the girls and dogs +3.7km

Felt like an old man but the 7km shuffle got me closer to 96km 

Friday the 8th - A quick lap of Point Hut Pond = +4.1km

Alby was very happy

Thursday the 7th - a sneaky 5km at night

It was late and dark, and involved far too much carrying of a tired Alby.....but he was a trooper

Tuesday the 5th - Evening walk with Alby +4.2km

Alby decided that he need to give me some additional weight training. 

Monday the 4th - Lake Burley Griffin with Emily Frizell from AEROPM +6.5km

A great business meeting while walking with Emily, a true champion and advocate for the veteran community!

Sunday the 3rd - Lake Tuggers with Sophie +6.7km

Saturday the 2nd - Mt Taylor with my gorgeous girls....and Reggie +4.1km

Up Mt Taylor from the southern side.  Always a good chance to get the heart rate up!

Friday the 1st - And March On Starts +2.4km

The first few kms just near home in the shadow of Mt Tuggers with my trusty side-kick, Alby.

This March, I am conquering 96km to support Soldier On's life-saving mental health services to help our brave veterans and their families.

Why 96km? Because I'm taking on the length of the Kokoda Track to honour the courage and sacrifice of our veterans, both past and present.
