Where is the medivac chopper

So today I pushed out another 5k on the treadmill in under 10mins a k which I was hoping to achieve. Then proceeded to do what I thought was the last 5km on the bike, that was hard after pushing myself on the treadmill. low and behold when I entered the 10km into my activity it hadn't yet reached the 96km. Just pushed out another 1km on the bike to achieve the goal. Wasn't quick enough to get the screen shot of the last 1km but I am a man of integrity. I was hoping that there would be a MediVac out of the pseudo Kokoda but it appears it must be overcast and the pilots won't fly. oh well looks like I have to trek it back, watch this space.

Tuesday 10th march

Todays 5 km is added after doing some much needed clean up around my yard. it is calculated after a reading of 7652 steps on my watch. I will be endeavouring to do an extra 5km before the challenge completes just so I know I have completed what I want to achieve for this worthy cause

Right now in Australia, at 42%, suicide is the leading cause of death for ex-serving males aged under 30 years old.

So, this March, I am walking to support Soldier On's mental health services and programs to help prevent veteran suicide and save lives.

It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my challenge so that we can show veterans and their families that they are not alone... we stand strong with them.
