Support my challenge to prevent veteran suicide and save lives
Right now in Australia, at 42%, suicide is the leading cause of death for ex-serving males aged under 30 years old.
Good morning Friends, in March this year I am going to join Ange Uphill and her beautiful girls, Ellie and Megan, as part of Team Dave to raise money and awareness for Veterans Mental Health issues and suicide intervention / prevention. This is not only in honour of our great mate Dave, but in recognition of all the mates who have succumbed in their personal battles and the families left behind. Hopefully it will prevent more as unfortunately we are still getting too many notifications of another mate passing each year. These can be, and in some cases have been, prevented, but we need to do more. Please help in whatever way you can.
