Quite sore

Wife said come on let's go for your walk. so here it is day 4 and my motivation is letting go a bit but I think the legs are adapting to it. No pain no gain, make pain your friend she says. So here we go I'm Gunna do 5 or 6 again.

Getting very excited and worried

As the 1st of March draws closer with almost $1k sponsored i feel motivated, scared, trusted,3 loved, respected, and all of those things give me the strength to do this. My head is saying "you got this", "just do it", mu body is saying, what the feck you got me into, make pain your friend, no pain, no gain. Which is good, motivation. At 73 I've got this, let's go.

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old. Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun and in the morning; WE WILL REMEMBER THEM " Lest we forget "
