Marching on...
The day is upon us, first day of March and the March On challenge. The predicted rain hasn't materialised and the sky is cloudless and blue. Two good mates have decided to skip sleeping in, and to join me in the forest. Nigel and Rob are two salt-o-the-earth types, reliable and solid blokes who would do anything for you. They've decided to come and suffer with me although, to give them their dues, they're both younger than me and fitter looking. Let's go.Support my challenge to prevent veteran suicide and save lives
Right now in Australia, at 42%, suicide is the leading cause of death for ex-serving males aged under 30 years old.
So, this March, I am walking to support Soldier On's mental health services and programs to help prevent veteran suicide and save lives.
It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my challenge so that we can show veterans and their families that they are not alone... we stand strong with them.
