As I’ve absolutely crushed my goal my new promise is I will conduct 200km worth of movement but I will on the 1st of April do a livestream burpee challenge in which I will conduct 1 burpee for every dollar over 200 I have received

Support my challenge to prevent veteran suicide and save lives

Right now in Australia, at 42%, suicide is the leading cause of death for ex-serving males aged under 30 years old.

So, this March, I am walking to support Soldier On's mental health services and programs to help prevent veteran suicide and save lives.

It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my challenge so that we can show veterans and their families that they are not alone... we stand strong with them.

As a member of a defence force there are ups and downs, time away and time home. Moments missed moments gained. Support for when everything gets to much can never be understated most people in uniform have hit there limit in one way or another. I can only hope that through this we can raise awareness for asking for help is ok when times just get to much.
