Support me to conquer the TEN Peaks!

This is a big challenge for me.... After being medically discharged from Defence in 2006, I have riden a roller coaster of what I can and can't do physically, this has also been a mental challenge as some days I just can't.

Pushing through the pain to do something outside of my comfort, is something that I have just lived with over the years, but never to this extent, I am willing to give it a crack... and hopefully live to share the pictures on social media!

Soldier On has supported me as a Veteran in many ways. They have given me and my family to the opportunity to try new things, and has provided the foundation of creating and building new friendships.
Having an organisation like this to support all veterans and their families, is definatly a worthy cause.
Please help me give back, by making a donation, and cross your fingers you get to see the pictures at the end.! :)

Wednesday 16th Mar
All DONE! 66KM over 4 days.
What an adventure.
I learnt alot about myself and my capabilities, the things I can do when shit is hard and how I can push through chronic pain and get up and do it all again.
I made some amazing new friends and solveld the worlds problems through long conversations and long KM's.
Thanks to everyone who donated to Soldier On. Our team has raised well over our target and dontations can be made till the end of March.
What should my next adventure be?

Almost there!

Sunday 6th Mar
This time next week we will be walking our longest day - 26.35km! Covering Peaks Mt Townsend, Alice Rawson, Abbot Peak and Abbot Peak East.
Yesterday a group of the team walked around 14kms as our last practice and I have woken up feeling pretty good.
Feeling confident and prepared to take my time to get it all done!
