Reedy creek bushland 22/3

Walking through the bushland out the back of my place brought back such good fitness memories when I did training in 2013 for the PNG Kokoda Track. Met a few locals and their pets or their kid along the way. Keen to do this again, but with my hiking boots on!

Support my challenge to prevent veteran suicide and save lives

Right now in Australia, at 42%, suicide is the leading cause of death for ex-serving males aged under 30 years old.

So, this March, I am walking to support Soldier On's mental health services and programs to help prevent veteran suicide and save lives.

It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my challenge so that we can show veterans and their families that they are not alone... we stand strong with them.

Australia owes its freedom to it’s servicemen and women.. I’m walking to recognise all sacrifices made by every service personnel, past and present, and bring more awareness for the prevention of veteran suicide. With love and respect I am walking in honour of my nephew Tom and his mates currently in training with the Army. I do this challenge to also improve my own mental health.
