Where is the challenge?
So when i signed up to do the challenge my unitial thoughts were; I can do this. I walk regularly. I can use my bushwalking days to get through. you go through the thoughtmotions, it's only 3km a day(roughly). i fo that on my lunch break. But then you start thinking, ok, but what if I cant get my walk in tgt day? No problem, i'll do z bigger walk on the weekend. March is looking to be a busy month for me. Making time is going to be the challenge. Sure bigger and longer walks will get me through, but, can I do what I had in the back of my head, Aim for the 192km?Support my challenge to prevent veteran suicide and save lives
Right now in Australia, at 42%, suicide is the leading cause of death for ex-serving males aged under 30 years old.
So, this March, I am walking to support Soldier On's mental health services and programs to help prevent veteran suicide and save lives.
It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my challenge so that we can show veterans and their families that they are not alone... we stand strong with them.
Together, let's help our heroes march on.
Thanks so much for your support.
