Earl hill, great to get out with friends from work and getting to know them on a more personal level away from work. was a really good walk and enjoyed the beautiful views.Walk #2
Went for a walk up to lambs head, leach infested walk. Had so many leaches. Even had one under my lower eye lid. Wet walk bit of rain and windy up on the hill. Really enjoyed the walk the quiet and time to think.Take the first step
Taking the first step for challenges like this can be difficult. My suggestion be prepared, boots, water, clothing, knowledge, snacks, support. All important and non less than the other. Getting up and taking the first step is that hard bit, just like reaching out for help there is no easy option.Support Our Challenge to Save Lives.
This March, we are Marching On to support Soldier On's life-saving mental health services to help our brave veterans and their families.
Queensland Corrections has a lot of veterans working and we support veterans within our community. As first responders also we understand some of the challenges faced by veterans when they try and assimilate back into society.
Please support our challenge to prevent veteran suicide and help save lives.
Together, we can help our heroes march on.
