Slow start but getting there now

Busy couple of days at the start of the month delayed me getting the start I would have liked but now I’m doing a fair bit. I’ve been letterboxing for the election hence my strange walking patterns

First day, kilometres in the board

Yesterday was very wet, with rain all day. I shouldn’t complain, the boys in Kokoda had to deal torrential rain and mud, but I’m committed to 192kms and didn’t want to start the month off being sick. I started with 4 kms on an overcast muggy morning. Unfortunately all the rain didn’t fill the lake up and we need a lot more

Support my challenge to prevent veteran suicide and save lives

Right now in Australia, at 42%, suicide is the leading cause of death for ex-serving males aged under 30 years old.

So, this March, I am walking to support Soldier On's mental health services and programs to help prevent veteran suicide and save lives.
