March is going to be a big month, and I’m going to need all the luck (and maybe a little extra caffeine) to get through it, but I’m up for the challenge.

And together we’ve already hit my original target !!I’m running 192 kms
Soldier On supports current and former Australian Defence Force members and their families with mental health, employment, education, and community connection.
Transitioning out of the service can be brutal, and too many people are left to carry that load alone. Soldier On makes sure they don’t have to.
Running 192 km, roughly double the Kokoda Track, isn’t about speed or ego. It’s about showing up day after day. Some of those days will just plain suck, and that’s the point.
The funds raised will go directly to Soldier On’s mental health programs, helping prevent veteran suicide and save lives.
Right now, veterans aged 25 to 44 are 2.7 times more at risk of suicide than other Australians. That’s not just a statistic, it’s real people and families who need support.
Soldier On is on the front line, making sure they get it when they need it most.
