Day 25 dedicated to the country personnel

Dedicated to all those who enlisted and srved in other way from the County. The small towns that gave so many of its youngest, fittest and brightest in 2 Wirkd Wars and all conflicts big and small. These people are the heart and soul of our nation. They are who Australians think they are and who the world see us as.

Day24 dedicated to the “peacekeepers”

Today is Dedicated to the Aussies that served as “Peacekeepers” wether that w ore Blue Beret of the UN or not. Those that served and risked all to give what we all take for granted here in the land of Aus. PEACE.

Dedicated to to odds and sods. To the dedication specialist teams that act as force multipliers. The rainbow of skills that they bring to the party that unifies into a bright white light if immense power.

Day 12- rebooting

After 2 days of having to stop early due to heart rate. Today is a reboot.

Day 9 dedicated the signals

Starting day 9. Dedicated to all on Signals across the services. The Geeks,the Bears etc who not only supply comm to the forces but monitor all signs radio, mobile phone, internet , encrypted devices, all Sat comm both friend and Foe. The gather and disseminate information daily to multiple Intel unite domestically and Foriegn friendly Forces.

Day 10 supplly and logistics

Slow start- low energy day. but still doing more steps in 1 day than I did in a week 6 months ago so trending in the right direction. This day dedicated to Supply and Logistics and serve in every regiment. No bullets no battle. No fuel and Tanks are multimillion dollars sitting ducks.

Start day8 clydestone centre clyde north

Today is dedicated to all the Engineers in Service. regardless of sector. They make things happen. repair the in repairable. often under fire. Long hours no glory just dedication and grit.

Day 6

Back at Cardinia lake at 7:28am. already did pre swim training.

Support my challenge to prevent veteran suicide and save lives

Right now in Australia, at 42%, suicide is the leading cause of death for ex-serving males aged under 30 years old.

So, this March, I am walking to support Soldier On's mental health services and programs to help prevent veteran suicide and save lives.

It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my challenge so that we can show veterans and their families that they are not alone... we stand strong with them.
