Finally finished my challenge

I walked my final 6.2 kms today. Happy and proud of my 103kms for the Soldier On March. I’d be happy to do it again next year! Well done to all involved and thank you to my family and friends who supported me through this journey. Giddy up!!

96kms done!!

I have just completed my 96kms challenge. l’m feeling pretty chuffed. I will continue to keep walking the lake. I’m very fortunate to have many friends and family who have supported me through this challenge. I feel very blessed!! 😀❤️

Today i march over 96kms

I’ve had the past 2 days off, I wanted to get back home and complete my challenge in Canberra. I’m just about to do the 6kms lap of Lake Tuggeranong, which will take me past 96 kms, woohoo, giddy up!!

Back on track!

I took a day off yesterday, just because! Back on track today 7.2kms done, 88kms in total. couple of days to go! I bumped into a legend today on my walk around the MCG, DK Lillee!

Sunday walk to the beach!

Just walked from Melbourne City to the beach at Port Melbourne. Another 6kms to the tally.

Another 6kms done

Another wonderful day in Melbourne City for a walk around the MCG. Finished work at 3, walk done by 4:30!! 67kms done and dusted!!

50kms done!

Just completed another 6kms for my challenge, loving it!! 😀 Melbourne is a beautiful city to walk around.

Back on the road again!

Just completed another 6kms this afternoon. I had 2 days off whilst I visited my family in Canberra for the weekend. Back in Melbourne now, so it is time to hit the road around the MCG. 44kms done, almost halfway to reaching my goal of 96kms!!

5th march - back on the march!!

After a day off, I am back on the March today. Another lap of the MCG, what a wonderful walk around a true icon of Aussie!!

4th march rest day

I missed a gutter yesterday during my walk and popped my knee, I just need a day off. I’ll be back on deck again tomorrow.

I didn’t save my walk probably when I finished my walk. Lucky I always use MapMyWalk app, I was able to include a photo of my walk around Melb.

Support my challenge to prevent veteran suicide and save lives

Right now in Australia, at 42%, suicide is the leading cause of death for ex-serving males aged under 30 years old.

So, this March, I am walking to support Soldier On's mental health services and programs to help prevent veteran suicide and save lives.

It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my challenge so that we can show veterans and their families that they are not alone... we stand strong with them.
