2025 March On Challenge

Starting up

So, Shane and I are both ex-Army. Shane did a few tours overseas. My Dad served for over 20yrs. My sister is still serving (Army) and her husband is ex-Army and did a few tours himself.

These are the people that drive me to do this. I know ex-servicemen/women who suffer with mental health illnesses. I am one of them.

Yes, I'm struggling to get my k's up. The pain before, during and after is ridiculous. I usually need to rest my foot for a day or so just for the pain to ease. Maybe I bit off more than I can chew with this but I have to give it a shot, right?

Support my challenge to prevent veteran suicide and save lives

Right now in Australia, at 42%, suicide is the leading cause of death for ex-serving males aged under 30 years old.

So, this March, I am walking to support Soldier On's mental health services and programs to help prevent veteran suicide and save lives.

It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my challenge so that we can show veterans and their families that they are not alone... we stand strong with them.

Together, let's help our heroes march on.

Thanks so much for your support.
