Missed yesterday with illness, and have to make sure I have energy for a futsal match tonight. Will try to March On after the game.

Does the machine love me?

Does it get jealous? Am I in danger? Not sure how, but I am sure that the Machine added 5 kms to my total distance today. I dis about 0.5 kms in Fremantle, then had to stop for an event I didn't know about. Anyway, tonight was the best 5 - 5.5 kms so far as I was joined by my daughter. Just to keep thing fair, I'll have to update my goal to 101 kms.

Night march.

Much cooler at night, but with increased chances of walking through a spider web. Aiming for at least 6 kms tomorrow.

Day 2 is really day 1.

Would it surprise anyone to learn that an app got the better of me? ME? I didn't turn on the right features yesterday, so my "run"....ok, walk, didn't count. Anyway, a decent start, perhaps with more to come today at cricket.

Right now in Australia, at 42%, suicide is the leading cause of death for ex-serving males aged under 30 years old.

So, this March, I am walking to support Soldier On's mental health services and programs to help prevent veteran suicide and save lives.
