Right now in Australia, at 42%, suicide is the leading cause of death for ex-serving males aged under 30 years old.
So, this March, I am walking to support Soldier On's mental health services and programs to help prevent veteran suicide and save lives.

What a great cause to support, good on you darling. My husband is ex-defence force so I know personally what it can do to their mental health. It took many years for him to come to terms with what he went through overseas. His sister is walking Kokoda this year IRL - and will be wearing replicas of his dog tags in his honour 🥰 hope this little bit helps others x
