I made it!

I completed my goal and doubled it for the whole month.

Another 3kms done!

Conlelted another 3kms on the Treadmill this time at home. unfortunately the watch and Treadmill record differently so the treadmill said 4KMs but the watch only says 3kms. But it’s still something to add!

Two more walks down. Tuesday was 3.45km to the shops for a quick trip and back. Wednesday another 5.29km. Slow start but I’m definitely trying to make up for it! Thank you everyone for their support.

Another walk down

Today I pushed myself and walked 5.34km

Managed to finally complete my first walk!

After being sick with Influenza B just before this challenge started and trying to recover all last week i have been unable to push through for a walk. Today I only managed 2km but it’s a start. a slow one but still a start.

Support my challenge to prevent veteran suicide and save lives

Right now in Australia, at 42%, suicide is the leading cause of death for ex-serving males aged under 30 years old.

So, this March, I am walking to support Soldier On's mental health services and programs to help prevent veteran suicide and save lives.

It would mean so much to me if you donated to support my challenge so that we can show veterans and their families that they are not alone... we stand strong with them.
