Right now in Australia, at 42%, suicide is the leading cause of death for ex-serving males aged under 30 years old. In 2023, the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare reported over 3000 deaths by suicide, that's an average of 9 deaths a day 😔
This March, I'm staying active to support Soldier On's mental health services and programs to help prevent veteran suicide and save lives.
